TORONTO, GTA & ONLINE MATH TUTORING
One-on-one Toronto math tutoring for calculus, statistics, and finance.
One-on-one support for high school, college, and university students in Toronto, the GTA, and online. Work with a former high school math teacher and university teaching assistant who explains difficult material clearly, patiently, and course by course.
Calculus, advanced functions, data management, statistics, finance, and business math.
Private tutoring since 2008
Focused academic support, not a generic program.
Sessions are built around the exact course, test, assignment, or concept the student is facing. The aim is simple: understand the method, practise it properly, and walk into class or exams with more confidence.

In a session, we usually work through four things
- Start with the student’s real material: slides, homework, quizzes, labs, textbook examples, or past tests.
- Translate the concept into plain language before touching the algebra, calculator, spreadsheet, or formula sheet.
- Practise course-style questions until the student can explain the next step without guessing.
- Leave with a clear plan for what to review, what to practise, and what to ask next time.

Meet Haitham
I founded HTM Tutors to give students calm, course-specific help when math, statistics, finance, or quantitative work starts to feel overwhelming.
I’m a former high school math teacher with university teaching assistant experience, and I’ve provided private tutoring since 2008. In sessions, I focus on the student’s actual course material: clear explanations, patient step-by-step guidance, and practice that builds real confidence for high school, college, and university students.
Students come in overwhelmed. The work is to leave with a clearer path forward.
Tell me the course or topic, and we’ll figure out the next step.
What to include in your first message
